Does the mastery "Double Edged Sword" apply to damage dealt to towers?

I am a dirty camille abuser and I want to know if taking double edged sword is worth it over battle trance. I want to know if double edged sword increases damage dealt to TOWERS by 3% as well as taking 1.5% more damage. Let me know thanks

(p.s i did search it up on lol wiki and it didnt mention anything about champion/turret interactions, pls help)
