Hey, so i started playing league a year ago, and in the beginning i had not much succes to be honest. Then i got a free coach and he helped me to see my issues. Now i feel like i'm better then bronze V (i know every bronze guy says this but i mean it) but I just have not been able to climb due to the fact i only play maybe 2 games a day. So i won 7/3 of my promotional games, and i got placed !!! Again in Bronze V.... just because my MMR sucks, now what is the fastest way to get to silver? create a new acc get it to level 30 and win my promotionals with no MMR yet, or just climb out of bronze ??

I'll tell you what I did... The first season I got placed silver on my main but tilted into bronze and got hardstuck. I leveled this account while I waited for the season to reset and then got placed Bronze 5 . It was fine really cuz all that anxiety I had about ranked kinda disappeared cuz I couldn't fall any lower and I know that I had improved the season before while leveling and spamming norms and I eventually got that account to gold and placed this one in silver.

TBH it sounds like you're feeling pretty good about your play and starting off with 70% w/r in B5 I think you should stick to it. You legit have nothing to lose if you try climbing and everything to gain. and, if you hit a wall and really have enough then you can always level up and an account and try again later. It's more rewarding to claw your way out of the pits of elo hell than it is to start all over.

Don't flame, don't die, and be humble and you should be out of there in no time :)

You are tripping yourself up. If you are b5 I promise you are there for a reason. Pick up an AD top laner or jungler, take towers instead of uselss kills and watch as you climb out to s4 withing a few days.
