Elophant has a general listing by champion (all roles): http://www.elophant.com/league-of-legends/champions/game-impact LoLKing goes into more detail on each champion's performance in their roles: http://www.lolking.net/champions/soraka

For example you can see the performance curve of a Bronze NA Soraka from 1st try to 100+ games played as Soraka, and player loyalty to continue with her. This gives some impression of what Soraka is, rather than the players operating her. But I digress ;)

Calculating Averages for K/D/A 1). Take a set of games played, for example all Soraka-Support in NA region. 2). Add up all the kills, deaths and assists she got credit for into three bins (totalKills, totalDeaths, totalAssists) 3). Portion those numbers out evenly across the number of games played; that is to say divide them by totalGamesPlayed

The resulting numbers (totalKills/totalGamesPlayed, totalDeaths/totalGamesPlayed, totalAssists/totalGamesPlayed) then represent a way of saying if all games were the same this is what her resulting K/D/A would be.
