Where's the blue arrow that helps to you in aiming with your abilities ?

So there's that blue arrow I remember used to show up, for example when I'm about to use Vi Q the arrow shows up and show me the range and where it's gonna hit?

Alright at last I'm back again. Thanks guys that's word "auto cast" is what I was looking for now I that knew it I searched on Youtube and boom it's called "Cast with Indicator" turned on. Game never felt any better. Honestly I don't what turned it off I always had it since the day I start playing since the patch 8.23 and I felt there's something changed they even turned off my /all chat,so I had to go to settings and turn it on. Damn Riot messing around with my settings.
