"For all people that flame and get toxic in low elo because they have bad teammates "

Okay so there's these type players who get very toxic and flame and start cursing etc... because why ? because, someone in your team is feeding or not helping or pretty much does not know how to play. Well here's the thing you're in low elo or as we call it in the memes "Elo Hell" Iron, Bronze, specially Iron, so if you gonna be toxic in low elo game and saying why you play so bad or feeding etc that's because you're in low elo stuck with people like me in Iron 3, like what do you expect when you join low elo ranked game to play with Faker or Double Lift ? this is freaking low elo game where all player that don't care about win / players that no matter how much they try they will still suck / players where they just play casually ,etc... Exist. Joining a low elo and flaming and get toxic towards bad player is like going to a prison and saying why there's criminals in here ? You have to blame yourself for being toxic and snowflake for saying report this player, just because that player didn't play good and just simply kept dying. The point is the report is not gonna help bad players to get better and the report is not gonna do anything too cause tons and tons of games where my teammate reported me for playing bad from years and years and till today and I still playing as long as I keep it cool and not toxic in the chat I should be fine I didn't get any punishment for playing bad, now back to the point instead of saying report or trying to go crazy in the chat because someone not going right in the team, try to take deep breath and keep it calm and cool and remember it's just video game that has over 100 millions players in it that means at least 60% of them not too perfect that is why the low elo always has the biggest number of players and there's very small number of players who are in Diamond and higher up to challenger. Hope you get the message and next time when you jump in ranked bronze/iron/silver game try to keep it cool you're not playing in challenger and getting paid per every win so no need to do big deal from it just play and have fun.

You should have at least a basic understanding of the game's objectives and your own champion if you play ranked.

whats annoying isnt players playing bad in bronze its the lack of care i understand if people have bad games but when you play a champ you literally have 0 points in,feed out your ass and then say "lol its just bronze bro why do you care" its bullshit

I'm a casual league player. No real aspirations to play ranked. But I do enjoy the occasional game. Aram mostly. But I've been dipping my toes into 5's.

What really gets me is the attitude I get. I play Viktor mid mainly. And for the most part I do pretty well. But in this game I got dominated by a zed. I tried to stay back but, he got a couple kills out of me. Got ganked once by the jungler and once mid jungle because I got caught out by his damage.

He then proceeded to roam. Got fed and I get relentless abuse from my teammates. Omg your cs is so bad. Learn to play man. Report Viktor for feed.

And I'm sat there wondering like... This is a normal game, where exactly am I supposed to go to lean to play if not here? I accept I made mistakes, but constant abuse and getting reported isn't really going to help me play any better is it?

It really does put me off even trying ranked.

And to add to this. Several players don't realize that flaming makes you play worse or whatever you're accusing them of doing, they're more likely to just do it. And also what's the point? Getting into a fight over a video game? "Oh well, its a ranked game hubizabuba" Yea so what? Still, a video games, unless you have aspirations to go into the LCS then there's no point in caring about ranked as much as some people do. Why start a fight when you could just not....or maybe do one better and shower the player with constructive feedback like "hey Im a tank stay behind me and just do dmg we got this you're fine." This game is more than just physical skill, this game is very much a mentality thing as well, keeping a positive mentality takes practice and patience but it'll easily better experiences in soloq. And also if you flame people in norms.....why? Its norms go play ranked where people treat the game more serious(because because) and stop bitching at your predator, resolve morgana jungler with red smite.

I don't have a problem with bad players, I have a problem with bad players who don't want to improve or put no effort into it and still queue up for ranked. Like, I understand you want to have fun and play new champs and not have to focus much, but you can do that in normal games. When I want to have fun I queue fill in normals and play what I feel, not ranked.

I recently had a fiora go 2/11 to a nasus in a game that almost demoted me, but I still ended up honnoring her because she kept trying and admitting she played badly but also realizing her mistakes and accepting that she had to let the rest of the team carry her.

A couple games later I had a jarvan 'main' go 0/6 in 10 minutes constantly flaming the jungler for not ganking his loosing lane and telling me to shut up when I tried explaining to him it was a bad idea and to play safe. He then told me I was feeding after letting his laner roam to my lane 3 times without a single SS from him. These are the players I can't stand, they don't want to learn from their errors and refuse to accept that their teammates might be right. I try not to flame them, but after trying to point out their mistakes for a while so they don't make them again and only geting insults as a response I sometimes get carried away.

In the end , I know it's mostly useless arguing with this kind of people, but I'd like to think some of them will end up learning from their mistakes...

There are a lot of great comments in this thread and I agree toxic behavior is stupid and just makes games worse and harder to win.
The point in the opening post that stands out to me is the admit that you don’t care about wins. That you just want to play casually. Then I have to ask why are you playing ranked? Ranked is for people that want to win, that want to compete competitively. Why not play normals? You can do draft normals if you want to secure a certain position. Are you not being toxic yourself by joining a competitive ranked game and not caring?

Also another post mentioned difficulty in CS farming. You can practice CS farming, combos, and new champs in the training area. Of course it’s much easier to farm vs a bit than a real player so getting used to it in normals is the next step.

Season 7: I was placed in bronze 3, demoted to bronze 4. Still made it to silver 5 in season 7 Season 8: placed in bronze two. Made it to gold 3 in season 8. Season 9: Placed silver 2, made it to gold in a week.

You can blame your team for your loss, not for your rank. Even at a 65% winrate you will make it out fast.

Only time I will actually be toxic is When someone who is going 0/7 starts bitching at me about how im playing when I'm 3/1. I dont do it without provocation. It's stupid but i get it everyone has off games but take the L and stop blaming other people for your mistakes. I didnt join in that 1v4 because I would have died too and that wouldnt have been worth it.
