Inspiration rework idea
Did this on reddit but wanted to show it here, if you like it Since this keystones are sometimes are barely used i thought this mini rework would help.
Glacial augment
Whenever you use an ability your next auto slows your enemy movement speed 30% - 60% and attack speed 10% - 45% ( CD 2.5 - 1.5) . Old nunu debuff since he is going to be reworked and would be viable for other champs.
Ranged: the effect is halved for ranged champ.
Kleptomancy
The old money gain but would remove the random consumable gain per usage now the randon consumable gain is put in large monster and large minions having a 20% chance to drop when they die close to you but if you kill the monster or minion have a 60% chance to drop.
Epic monster have a 40% chance to drop consumable if it dies close to you, 60% chance to drop consumable if you have kill assist and 80% chance to drop consumable if you killed the monster.
100% chance to drop consumable if you kill an enemy champ and 80% chamce if you have a kill assist on the champ.
Would give way more chances of usage and play gain.
Unsealed spellbook
This took me a while because of the unsealed spellbook and it hit me sacrifice something to obtain more.
Here is the new effect
At the start of the game you choose to remove one of the two summoner spells and choose one of five active, one of five passive and 5% CDR for active items, summoner spells, trinket and max CDR (you have a chance to switch the summoner spell until 1:15 if it was a mistake) the active would be put where the removed summoner spell was.
All actives are 3 min CD

Ghostwalker: can ignore terrain and minions for 7 second will be removed after 2 seconds of combat.

Banner of command: (can't be put on cannon minions the first 9 minutes of the game and the effect would only be half of strong until the 7 minute mark) same effects as old banner of command.

Lantern Flare: removes fog of war in an area around your champ (range 1500)

Face of the mountain: old face of the mountain active.

Ferocious shredding: lower target enemy champ armor and magic resist by 15% for 4
Passives
- stone skin: weaker version wukongs passive: 4 armor and magic resist per enemy champ close to you.
- Valor of the colosus: a weaker version of courage (60 - 30 sec cd)
- Zaun-Touched Bolt Augmenter: all basic attack and soft cc lower your target damage by 10% - 20% for 1.5 sec
- Markman target: whenever you auto a champ it reveal them for 3 seconds (at level 7 the reveal becomes true sight and deals 1% full health percent damage per auto)
- Trackers eye: trackers knife is installed on your stalker blade or skirmisher saber (only 1 ward) (completed jungle item you gain 2 wards)
Once its 1:30 minutes you can't change anything but you can change actives (5 minute cooldown before changing active again) but the cooldown would still be the countdown.
(If you started game and accidently removed smite and didn't change, you can still buy the complete upgrade but you still wouldn't be able to smite monsters or champs)
What you guys think? Took me a while to think how this would work
