shouldnt rek sai and thresh be buffed in this meta

like seriously while i understand that thresh is more for the super intellectual gods and but should he get like an armor or lantern buff thanks to the global nerfs around him and his items

like maybe put a health ratio on his lantern shield or maybe more than one person can get the shield or make the full charge of his e be put like its a melee auto like he needs something and for the love of god not the 5 percent movement speed it would be too much of a buff now with rek sai

been playing her a lot and while she is a powerful hunter she cant survive in team fights let alone 1v1 like would it be a good idea to give a ratio to her passive like how is she the only champ that doesnt have a ratio in her passive healing or give her armor and mr when she is burrowed like she needs it or gives some of her kit to be better scaling that what i hope [zombie-nunu-bummed]
