Ornn's passive?
Buying items out of the shop, how is this not going to be busted? And your team gets "special item upgrades" honestly kinda worried about this one.

Each player gets one special upgrade. Also, let it hit the servers before worrying about it being busted. Personally I'm fine with it. I'm honestly excited to see this passive in action, because it is different from a "3 hit passive".
