How is it pay to win if all you're getting is rerolls and people who don't buy can still have the same number of rerolls as you that game?

What do you mean by that? Last time i checked, you didn't have to pay for gameplay elements.

I guess it would be even more painful to realize that a game you like is offering a P2W service than it is to bend over backwards to claim that an extra reroll every match doesn't result in more rerolls.
