Why they can't remove blind pick and keep draft pick

Before my post, I am just going to say this. I think it sucks that they are removing it for certain regions and Riot should keep both Blind and Draft for all regions.

A lot of posts are saying remove Blind pick instead of Draft pick, But in Draft pick you need a certain amount of champions. New people playing wouldn't be able to play a 'real' game until they owned the needed amount of champions. They would need to keep playing bots until they owned 16 champions. Yea they could buy the 450 champions but some people do not want that. And if they are new to the game they would have no idea what the champions do. So Riot can't just remove Blind because then the new people won't be able to play.

In my opinion, they should keep both for all regions. If people are alright with the extended queue times then you should let them wait. From what I know, no one was complaining about the Queue times. But I haven't been on the forums a super long time so yeaa. And clearly by all the forums posts people don't care about the Queue time and they want Draft pick to stay.

So I am just saying my side of this and why it wouldn't make sense for them to remove Blind pick and Keep draft pick in. They could make it so you can still select the roles you want for Blind pick. That would be pretty cool, they could combine blind and draft sort of and just leave out the bans.
