If I get gold in solo Q. and silver in flex. What border will I have in a normal game?

Ranked will always show last year rank. Normal 5s is highest of solo and flex 5. Normal 3s is ranked 3s obviously, while ARAM is highest earned of all. Its why you'll see silver with plat borders sometimes.
