No, no, I need to convert all my item's stats to ad. I realized that AP items just don't do the job I mentioned, so I need to build ad.

i would just assume a standard Ad page would work (9x ad reds, armor yellows, MR blue and ad quints)

If you search the depths of mobafire, there is an guide about adc leblanc top (it used to be rated third), where it speaks about the idea of a leblanc with the DPS of an adc locking down the enemy with her chains over and over (ERE can be used in success if you max e). I tried it out when the tank meta was a thing, and it had great success, so now I'm looking to make a special rune page and mastery page for it.
