Since when is ranked normals and normals ranked?

This is nuts, every time I want to have fun in normals (that's what it's for) I get bitched at for not being meta or not being lcs status in anything if I play a lane I don't really play everyday. Ranked is a joke, there's more afk, trolls and feeders there recently cause sick fucks think it's funny to prevent actual good players from climbing and forcing us to stay in the pit of elo hell with them so they can continually have someone to troll. I say we just let them all group up and troll each other...Those of us who know how to have fun with an actual "video game" don't deserve this abuse of these sad little pathetic excuse for human beings.
