I'm plat 5 and I just got placed with a bronze 5 on my team..
The game i'm in right now, my team has 1700 mmr and the other team has 1300 mmr..

If you ever tried ranked 3s it's the same if you play it for the first time because it has seperate mmr than solo/duo and since it's brand new to everyone it has to actually figure out where people are at.
Impossible if its ranked, Normals I can see
It'll work itself out before actual season.
It's the beginning of the season; there's probably a bit of internal, automatic balancing that needs to be done with matchmaking. Remember that players are considered more "equal" to each other than they would be otherwise. It will get better.

An account playing ranked for the first time has roughly silver 3 MMR. Since flex queue is an entirely new ranked queue, that applies to EVERYONE on the flex ladder right now. I haven't played it yet but after looking at the matches my friends have played, there is usually at least one bronze player in the game while there's also a platinum or higher player on their team or the other team. It's a trainwreck that I hope will sort itself out after people have placed. Good thing it's not a serious ranked queue.
Dynamic q was the reason so many challenger and masters and even d3 up players quit around the same time as I did. Even though it was only for a few months, you have no idea the frustration of what everyone felt when it was 5 solo players in masters vs a full 5 man que (jesus christ esp when it was a 5 man q with challenger player smurfs on their masters accounts). I mighta been high masters low challenger his season until i went inactive but after quitting and looking at all these changes lmao Im so glad I did because this game literally went downhill so fast.
