Question about Kalista E.
How come 
cant have a "kill" indicator on her E like 
has on his R?

Because one is a true damage ultimate, that rewards you permanently for killing units with it, and the other, is a basic ability, that doesn't deal true damage, and is used more commonly then not, on minions.
Because it's not an Execute. Most executes have them, i.e. Cho, Dar, Gar.
