Can we have some kind of filter for veterans?

Ok, i just recently made a new account for my friend and leveling up that account. And i notice there a lots of new player that don't even know what ward is. And of course i destroy them and carried hard, but after that i few it kinda harsh on newbie. I mean they don't even know how play and there people making new account and destroying the newbie. And nobody like like playing a game where you can only wait for the time until you respawn. So i'm suggest there be something like a button that you can choose that shown you played this game before and matching you with people that are smurfing. I think that will make the newbie decide if they like the game or not, without getting killed by smurf.

I only made a smurf account to learn jungling, since I did 1-30 with Bots, and normals isn't very friendly to jungle beginners.

Even if you try applying an IP tracker, what about individuals in the same household? Or those that have the knowledge to setup a VPN to bypass any IPs linked to your home account?

You can't rely on someone being honest and saying their level 30's already.

If you have a method that is viable, I'd love to hear it.

Making a new account for a friend (presumably to give them the account afterwards) is against the Terms. You can get both that account and your main banned for doing that.
