Voice Chat for league

Overwatch, Csgo , Dota 2, all good game about joining each other hand to defeat the enemy. If league all about working together to using your teamwork to outplay your opponent, why don't we have voice chat so that we can understand our teammate better. Other games have done that, and look how much easier our game play would be. Imagine you focusing on farming mid, top just saw the enemy jg, so rather using the annoying ping or spent 2-5's to put it in chat, would it be way more easier just pressing one button to talk to them?

*Note : I understand that there other program for voice chat like curse, discord , teamspeak, but you can't do that in solo queue.

What more voice chat bring to game is fun, something this game have lost since the "tank' meta. When i was playing csgo, and there was a 1v5 clutch happened in the game, but he died in a dumb way fight grenade himself, people would play songs like "dear sister' for comedic effect. My point is voice chat can light up the mood of the game, rather the same old toxic people the furious spent 30s of the game to chat with a feeding adc about how he think he better than him. For those people that will say, " but what if they being annoying or playing songs all the time?" Well..... YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO MUTE THEM! If you going to spent 30m playing a game with them you might as well do that.
