If most people don't agree on vote kick in lobby then at least let us report

Here is a game I had a while ago... we were in the lobby declaring champs then the banning phase... the usual in silver. a Yasuo main saying: "Don't ban Yasuo" but in different ways like:- ("Ban Yasuo and ill troll", "pls don't ban Yasuo", "no ban Yasuo", etc...)

the point is someone, banned Yasuo. which is usual. then the "usual" happens

"whY baN Yasuo NOoB" "I gO tRoLl!"

then goes for a troll pick...

now you have 3 choices.

you can dodge or you can wait for the game to start and play it through ignoring the troll or you can go afk and remake then report him. (which mostly results in a leaver penalty)

just let us report people in the lobby so we can report people that claim to troll then dodge and I'm not sad for my lp anymore because I know someone will get punished for being a kid with only 1 champ in his champ pool and cries when it's banned in literally every game

or add vote kick I'm not convinced why you don't agree on vote kick convince me!!! (politely pls)
