Season 9: A True Solo Queue

Solo queue hasn't been solo since pre-dynamic queue. People who boost are still thriving and now more than ever since the gold funnel strats are in full swing. Hard reset everyone's rank, put a real ranked ladder back into the game Make flex queue actually balanced so people who aren't 3 divisions above their friends can be premade (aka, same fucking rank like all bronzes, so other bronzies can throw games for 30 minutes at a time while diamonds have to face people their own rank for once) Fix the goddamn MMR system 99LP shouldn't exist anything else?
