Syndra ult buff?

It annoys me so much when I play Syndra and a Fizz or Vlad just pools/jumps and avoids my entire ult. I just think that it's slightly overpowered since it also puts my ult on cooldown. Might just be me, since I'm no pro or anything. I just wanted to bring this up. Please don't take this the wrong way.

Time Fizz's jump then q-e-r deleted, really the same thing for Vlad too. Syndra's ult doesn't need help though lol.

She's needs help elsewhere, but not her ult.

Wait for enemy cool-downs...same reason you wouldn't ult someone with item 3157 ...
