Aatrox needs some love

I mean look at him guys, he's crying.

Aatrox currently feels like he is a rough place and has been for a while. His jungle is lack luster as his sustain doesn't kick in till a little later and he doesn't get his bloodwell attack speed bonus without sacrificing his health. and in top lane he doesn't have enough tools to deal with most other top laners.

Especially with recent new top laners and changes to a number of older top laners he is quite simply outmatched in lane. Currently top laners tend to be quite tanky and still do pretty good damage. His only safe harass still costs health and yet doesn't do enough damage to deter or even annoy the passive sustain top laners (Mundo, tahm, illaoi, garen, etc.) and the only way he can sustain back is by autoattacking which further puts him in danger.

If he is not ahead in lane he is essentially useless as his harass isnt too damaging to even a semitank he has to put himself at risk to heal it back. Additionally his final fallback protection (his passive) is very inconsequential if it isnt basically full, yet if he is unable to use his abilities (to build it up), and then heal back (with his autos) then his passive will really only function as a 200 health revive after a long stasis.

He maybe needs more tools in lane, a lower cooldown on his E, a more reliable revive and attack speed boost, or something along these lines cause currently it just never seems like he is the best choice into any matchup. I'm not sure the best way to give him more agency, but he definitely needs some love or maybe give a little less love to all these new guys.
