I can't really tell if you are serious here. Her passive is probably the weakest part of her kit. She gains 30 move speed when moving toward an enemy.

Vayne is not op. She gets stomped by every other adc in laning phase and is pretty damn weak until she has at least BORK, PD, Greaves and IE. If you let the game last that long and you feed Vayne, that's on you buddy.

Vayne is not OP, if you know how to play her right then she's a beast like every other champion. Yasuo, he's OP isn't he? But incredibly hard to use. What about Veigar? His passive may seem OP, wrong again, he's extremely squishy and immobile. All champs have their pros and cons.
