short story, i've played illaoi 260 armor, 3,6k and some ad items i caught twitch offguard (we both had fullbuild) and guess what happened? he just stood still and killed me he didnt even move, he just rightclicked me. fk this game man.
Bruisers fall off late game. ADCs are strongest when they have 6 items and are good against tanks/bruisers. It is not surprising you lost the 1v1.
ADCs are not always required to kite to survive. If they out dps you (hint: if you are a bruiser late game they do) and they know no one else is around to join the fight they can easily kill someone before they get killed.

Is simple we need a Lifesteal cap so that sutain is not so high. I.e can't heal more than 100HP per autoattack
