Antiafk grievance idea, upvote this instead of the other that's flawed

Idea. The afk loses all the LP that his team would've lost and a ban so possible demotion for some cases. Also a LP loss reduction so team can't abuse since they still lose LP. (Just not as much). So the afk loses around 80 LP or a demotion or negative LP (b5 players) and everyone else loses 5-10. Players with a negative balance less than -100 LP must solo queue in a lower priority queue putting them in literal Elo hell with other afk's. There should be no possible way to abuse this. And for those who cry about power outages, you can catch back up no problem if you actually belong in that division.
