so i figured out how riot could truly eliminate toxic players(if that is really their goal)

give same ip/xp to both sides in all but ranked. for ranked eliminate the possibility of losing more LP than you wouldve gained for that game. also remove the report system and replace it with a gift both teams skins button. i think this would make everyone a better player.
