how constant has autofill been on ? cant even play seriously when i try to get my role as a mid WHEN IVE ALREADY

Maybe you should learn other roles and work with what you get. Many midlaners can function in other lanes or the jungle. Most assassin midlaners, barring Zed, Katarina, and LeBlanc, can jungle, and most mages can function in either top lane (Cassiopeia, Ryze, Annie, Lissandra) or moonlight as a support (Brand, Zyra, Lux).
I kinda have the same problem. I queue as Mid > ADC always. Since autofill is enabled i got mid max. 20% of the games, most of the times less playing 10-12 games ADC in a row.
I thought it maybe was a bug/error in the matchmaking, but as usual there is no response from riot.
At the moment i get mid pretty often by leaving the queue every 60 seconds which works surprisingly well, but this increases my queue time a lot.
