I love how his cooldown magically seems to get shorter every time somebody posts something about this.
First it was 8 seconds at max rank.
Then it was 6 seconds with some CDR.
Then it's 5 seconds late game.
Now it's 4 seconds mid-late game.
Spoiler alert, it's impossible to get it below 4.4 seconds, and even then, you have to commit to 45% CDR, which most people don't go for (normally Fizzes have 10-25% CDR, or a 6-7.2 second cooldown at 2-3 items).
And Fizz's late game is where he's supposed to be good. It's his reward for surviving laning against someone with a colossal lane advantage against him who SHOULD be bullying him constantly and making him hate picking Fizz because once he hits his Level 6 spike he's already too far behind.
And just like every other thread, nothing will come of this. Even if he has all that, he isnt OP in the slightest. Or youd see him in every pro game or in every high elo game. But you dont. Thats because he has counter play and is easily countered. Just because he wrecks you on a regular basis doesnt mean everyone else doesnt know how to handle him. Play him. Its the best way to feel a champ inside and out and know how to beat them.
4.4 seconds with the correct masteries, otherwise it's 4.8 seconds :P

Fizz is actually secretly op this patch and the last few, one of the safest hard core counter picks to make against immobile mages
Of all the champs to complain about, you pick Fizz. At least the Anti-Zed jerk has the mindless waveclear argument. But what can be said for Fizz?
It's really the only thing that keeps him alive. Otherwise he Q's in, has no natural tankiness to keep him alive. It's an overloaded skill but it makes up for the rather lacking W and lacking passive.
His best build has 10-20% cdr in it tho
Just play Lulu and laugh at him.

Reduce the duration of his E invulnerability.
Fizz is actually quite weak right now. If you are picking an assasin mid, Zed and Talon are far more scary right now. Fizz doesnt even shine a light on them with how retarded hexdrinker is in lane now.
We've never been okay with it, but Riot never acts.
