Are Placement Games Placing You Normally Now?

I heard that placements were really low and people said to wait until the queue is back which it is. I finished my placements not knowing yesterday and got placed in bronze 3. Are the placements normal cause if they are i really wish i waited a day and was wondering if i can get to at LEAST bronze 1. I won 7/10 placements and got into bronze 3.
