Rune Page Error?

Has anyone else tried buying rune pages with ip? Anytime i try it says there was an error? Idk if its just me or a little bug?

I was able to purchase Rune Pages with IP on two of my accounts (including this one), but now get "An error has occurred" whenever attempting to do so on other accounts.
