Other assassins like Zed and Fizz take 2+ seconds to realistically kill when not massively ahead. THis means you can in fact QSS their ults or get allies to help when you are getting targeted.
I hear all the time about people getting hourglass or QSS to contend with fizz or zed to some degree. Only the hourglass might somewhat contend with rengar if used really well (when rengar is in mid flight from his ult), QSS will not save you from a rengar.
