Give bonuses/less penalty if they surrender so that people actually surrender

Do you have any idea what would happen if this were implemented? League of Legends literally wouldn't matter. Nothing in the game would matter at all. Why play a game all the way to the end when you can surrender and have 0 consequences for it? Why play ranked when your ranking pretty much is guaranteed to never drop, because hey, if you're losing, just surrender! No LP loss!
How the fuck could this possibly work out?

Surrender is literally just "hey we were probably gonna lose anyway so we might as well lose faster so we can try again in another game as soon as possible". It's supposed to count as a loss.
Like, seriously, if this became a thing, you might as well not have dodge penalties either. [slayer-jinx-unamused]
