Yeah, but an adc's HP bar is only 2000 and generally low armor/mr. Easily bursted. But Vlad, he has 35-4500 HP decent armor/mr and is healing back a lot of HP while dishing out a lot of damage. There are a couple of champions that are just obnoxious to lane against, he is defiantly one of them. He is a little too strong, his weakness is like lvl 1... thats it.

He's countered by anyone who can all in him and in top lane that's a lot of people. Early on Vlad is also easily bursted. Most champions can just all in him during his laning phase since his healing is weak without will of the ancients. After that, he becomes self sufficient and can poke, but only poke. He's not really a problem until late game.

Spirit of the Elder Feral Devourer is an alright item ,but isn't really core on anyone that isn't Mordekaiser and Vlad. All Vlad has going for him is his slowly ramping up heal, and his high cd untargeting pool.

I get it, he CAN be strong, but I don't get how he can be "so broken". If you burst vlad and walk away, of course he'll eventually reup himself. But if you go in for round 2, he's toast.
