Well in a way they kind of do. If you are trying to level up and one win away and there is a group of people that troll because it's normals do that in a CUSTOM match that's what they were made for not normals. Normals is a place for people who want to hopefully level up to 30 and become ranked. Custom is a place to test out builds or do 1v1 or mess around with friends.
No video game matters. At the end of the day your sitting in front of a computer on your free time.
It's a flaw of the game to require people to keep your teammates happy. There isn't even a line to draw - a single physical mistake can send your teammate on tilt.
Whenever I say "it's just a normal" it's usually because someones going commando rage 5000 and barking at people. At the end of the game, you gain IP/EXP regardless. People want to win, however, it really is just a video game whether its ranked, normal, or aram.
The only way to have fun is to accept people will make mistakes and try to avoid over thinking the situation. If someone on your team is just a douchebag feeder, so be it. You can't change what they want to do in their free time.
You still earn Exp for losing though. And what if 2 friends want to do Rengar and Heimerdinger botlane? Can't really do it in bots because bots doesn't do anything, and what if it's just them playing, they can't play a custom 2v0.
The fact is the only thing winning normals does is get you a bit more IP and Exp.
