You need to be a damn oracle to play this patch

I can't play the game where the enemy/minions/skillshots/me teleports frequently randomly this much or where my teammates/enemies typically afks for 8 mins. Please SHUT DOWN the ranked que and focus on fixing it for the love of god. Our gaming experience is horrible enough.
