when will soraka be nerffed
she heals to much at such a low level with no items its extremely unfair to fight against.

so you want a champion who is only able to heal to have worse heals... why would i even bother picking her then?
she is already overnefed. a shadow of what she used to be in season 5 or pre-season-6.
She actually heals an appropriate amount with an appropriate amount of lifeloss for it at early levels.
It's at later levels when the abomination known as Tank-raka comes out when she's actually a bit imbalanced.
Think about what you're saying right now. Soraka can only heal and silence. She can't really damage. She uses her own health to heal. What part of this is OP?
She was inadvertently nerfed with the change to the Ardent Censer passive that made it so you can't stack them anymore.
