Now that the practice tool is out I noticed that leona's Q animation is rather slow. Taking the time to Use Q actually lowers her DPS while he has high attack speed. Shouldn't her Q's animation speed up to match her attack speed?
I think it being flashable gives her counter play, don't think its a bad thing that its slower than an AA
I mean, it's also an aa reset. She can clear a recently placed ward by herself, able to get all three hits off before it goes invisible.
If you're planning on building damage on her, your best bet is still 
maxing Q first.
