Buff Teleport top! Ignite top is way better than Teleport top!

1 teleport cd(360) = 2 ignite cd(180)

2 ignite is way better than 1 teleport.

If one player has ignite and the other has teleport. The person with the teleport has to play safe, and has to rely on junglar. They can't play the (no fighting just cs) cs game because teleport has a 360 sec cooldown (last forever). The person with ignite has more kill pressure and will win cs game.

The spells was balance before they touched the spells (heal, teleport and ignite). I wish they revert the spell changes when it was balance. Don't understand why riot wants damage damage damage meta!!

They did 3 significant nerfs to tp 1) Increased channel time from 3.5 to 4.5 seconds. 2) Increased cooldown from 300s to 360s. 3) Unable to be cancelled. All this while buffing ignite by lowering CD by 30s. IDK why Riot went so hard on TP and said the biggest nerf for last. You would think that you should start with big nerfs then use smaller changes to dial in balance.

Teleport is still just as strong as Ignite. Even if someone running ignite manages to kill you, you can still get back to lane and get a level advantage before they even get back to lane after recalling. It got nerfed because the global map presence completely made dominated taking anything else top lane.
