Bandit Buff Icon

Would it be possible to have this icon always showing, or at least show for longer? The 2 seconds after auto attacking are not usually the times when you want to mouse over the icon to check how much gold you have gotten. Also, I do not know if this is intended, or a bug, but every time you level up, the amount gained goes back to displaying as 0, so you never actually know how much you have gotten from this. I like this mastery, but its almost impossible to know how much gold you actually get from it.
