Bots on dominion at low levels

Iv been leveling up an alt account, and have played a few games on dominion, and the level of bot players is INSANE. Of the games I have played, almost every sing,e one has a bot player, most have a majority. You can tell from how they play they are bots. Walk straight to a turret on the same path every time, dont attack, sit there getting hit, all the bots do the same paths. It is crazy, im usually playing what is actually 1v1s or 2v2s at most. The mode is pretty much unplayable, im winning before 7 minutes, so I dont even get IP/XP

They're all over TT and ARAM also. I check every few days for TT. Usually about 1/2 the players are bot scripts.

There are way more bots than there were before.

I'm just wondering if Riot is ever going to do anything about it. It's been going on for a while, like over a month for sure. If you go look at the forums several people have wrote about it and Riot hasn't even acknowledged it as far as I know.
