Quitters shouldn't get LP for the team's victory

Instead of Victory it would say Quit Game

I could be wrong but pretty sure if they get flagged by Leaver Buster they won't recieve any LP.

If they're gone for significant time (I think it's 4 minutes?) they don't get lp. It'll still say victory, but lp is lost. Happened to me a time or 2 in the old apartment which power flickered.
