Can you fix matchmaking

I am level 32 silver 3 and i keep getting matched against diamond 4 and platinum players. This game i got matched against diamond 4, and 2 platinum players. And i remember one game they had 3 platinums 1 diamond and 1 silver and on my team i also got matched with diamond 2 and platinum 1. I got trashed previous game because of some riven diamond player i also had diamond and platinum players on my team. I never ever got matched with players around my level lets say 30-40 they are only like 90+ and never my rank.

is this in normals?

cuz according to RIOT normals have a different mmr then ranked. and the ranked mmr does not influence normal game mmr.

so typically high elo players who only play rank then go to normals with a low normal mmr is matched with others with similar normal mmr.

i think it needs to be adjusted but i can only email /complain to riot so many times

Yeah it is normal, but its not normal to have players better than me trash me every game because its not fun
