Draven too strong?

Why can it be that draven can one shot me when he is 1/4 while i'm orianna with an hourglass (draven had tier 2 boots + bloodthirster)

I do think draven does too much damage but im going to need a replay of this, i dont buy it

GOOD draven should hurt, He is meant to hurt, He has to position really poorly to hurt take advantage

He's OP if you let him get a 1-2 kills early. He's trash if he doesn't.
