Okay, I got a lead in lane. Now what?
I'm a Silver player and I don't know what to do if I get a lead. I mean, I can apply kill pressure, but what else do I do when I win a lane?

deserves what lane you play. mid and top are the best lanes to roam and help other lanes. adc isnt that good in roaming but can also do. ward jungle try force objectives etc.
you use it to get objectives. like frankerx said, it does depend on the role a bit. if you are adc, get the bot tower, get drag with jungle, rotate mid, take that if possible. you can also try to force fights bot lane if you believe you can win 2v3 if that strong.
if top, if you have to, you can make tp plays. you can also push and force 1v2s if you are strong enough for that, or just pressure enough while being smart/safe about it.
Go to other lanes take obj
Or try to get your other lanes ahead by feeding them kills
Stomp the opposing laner, create pressure. I see alot of people decide to instantly play ARAM after winning their lane and alot of times they're just stealing CS from their midlaner and not actually gaining anything.
