Is there a way to improve Ezreal's wave clear because every time I use him and I am an Ezreal main I always get out cs'd by my counter ADC I am also kinda new as well so I would like to know if there is a like a combo he does or something idk but I am just looking for answers....:P thanks
As an avid hater: give up on him earlier then later ;)
There are many more useful adc's that actually help their team.
iceborn gauntlet gives you some aoe
Ezreal in general isn't meant to waveclear, it's one of the weaknesses in his kit, just focus on your strengths with Ezral which is poking in lane with your q.
As for getting out csed I'm assuming the enemy shoves the lane and you're having trouble with csing under turret. Let turret hit armed minions 2 times then autoattack once. Let turret hit caster minions once then q, or auto them once, turret hit, then you hit. Csing under turret isn't too hard with Ezreal if you can q them
