Make the % auto block scale off bonus hp only. That way only tanks build it and the squishier champs cannot abuse it.
That way you dont see a morde going 
into bad match ups and still winning without any ap.

I mean... hes a juggernaut... hes not supposed to be AP reliant. He builds 1 AP item in most games, 2 at the absolute most.

This item is so omegabroken it's unbelievable, and not only that but it builds into the best item in the game.
