Id say its annoying if the Yi is fed, Ive seen to many Yis get fed easily in jungle and then just shrek my team. Then in the post game chat the yi even says "wow this champ is op". But he isnt played TOO much, so people will say he is just fine and stop stirring up trouble and then downvote you for voicing your opionion on a champion. Its all apart of the boards paradox.
