Ryze going to be a monster

not sure if this is the correct board for this, but, when people start to tinker with this guy's new kit it's going to be devastating.

the ability to charge you're passive and tear as you run back to lane lets you instantly force a powerful trade, don't know if athene still plays but this ryze is like a wet dream for his hybrid build.
