So... a PSA STRATEGY... WINS GAMES

Just played with a bot lane who after being asked all game to split since i was trundle top and beat the riven 4/0/0 in lane, flatly refused.

So then I got upset and started telling people what to do.

Ashe: and the one time we got a double kill Ashe: and u died top Ashe: and blamed it on us? galdamesh: i didn't blame it, I asked you to pressure a lane Ashe: like we cant kill them and take towers at the same time Ashe: we cant presure them under tower and kill either the tower or them Ashe: its one or the toehr'Ashe: u died top 2v1 cause u were to pressuered thats on you galdamesh: zed had all the gold at that point... me dieing isn't the matter Ashe: any ways thanks for the win but i carried that. even with a shitty blitz i won lane and the game galdamesh: it's the fact that the only person able to fight wasn't there and you guys fought in jungle Ashe: makes no differnece where we fought we got a double galdamesh: towers>kills galdamesh: it's simple Ashe: ya but we cant kill a tower if they are all alive Ashe: it is simple but we cant do that Ashe: zed was huge Ashe: so we cant tower dive galdamesh: and top galdamesh: that's the ENTIRE POINT

This is the post game chat (in it's entirety for translucency), now the game doesn't matter i rarely play ranked but it's low gold for anyone interested. I'm not trying to name shame and apologize if it comes off that way. Just a PSA to try to change some mindsets that will cost people games. doing damage, getting kills, while important is NOT THE GOAL. it's a means to an ends but not the only one. with this game as example I had tp enemy riven did not. She could not fight me 1v1, so a 4/1 split push would have either me and riven 1v1 easy win for me, or a 4v3 with tp potential to 5v3, easy win bot.

Physical gameplay mechanics will only take you so far. sometimes you won't be able to "most damage, win lane, win game" and have an item advantage, eventually the strategy portion of the game will be what makes the difference.

TL;DR

this game has more depth then right click and win or lose team fights. Learn the other strategies and you will win more games that you don't roflstomp carry.
