I guess tanks with Mundo and Trundle, but I don't really feel any position is OP.

Mundo and Trundle are fighters. Mundo specifically falls under the Juggernaut definition.

The main difference is that fighters attract focus primarily by dealing damage while tanks attract focus primarily by providing CC/utility.

The definitions are pretty silly when you consider a champ like Trundle deals less damage while also tanking more damage than Cho, but for some reason Trundle is a fighter and Cho is a tank.

Cho'gath has an Aoe Knockup/Slow and an AoE Silence. He's also closer to a tank/mage than tank/fighter.

Trundle doesn't have quite as much utility, but trades that for stat buffs and debuffs to help him beat your face in.
