He is a very powerful jungler right now that isn't really difficult to play. The hardest part about hecarim in my opinion is knowing what you can and cannot do (like who are you able to dive and kill quickly and who you cannot). Besides that there is not too much to Hecarim, he is kind of vulnerable during the early levels because he's squishy so be careful of people trying to invade you. I like his Elderwood skin the most but Arcade is a close second.

Cinderhulk and Warrior are both pretty good on him. I prefer Cinderhulk cause you get tankier and if you snowball you do good damage anyway. Also since Trinity force is actually busted atm Cinderhulk hecarim just does a shit ton of damage anyway. I feel that after a nerf to hecarim and a nerf to trinity Warrior will be the best path, but right now its mostly preference for what you want to do.

Also the hardest part of hecarim is understanding the fear mechanic. The ult is an AOE fear and they will run based on where you are in comparison to them.
